Sessions will be held MONDAY & WEDNESDAY (5:45-7:15pm)
No session on Monday, February 17th due to family day.

Proper body movement skills are crucial for youth athletes to start creating the muscle memory needed in fundamental body movements. Creating these good habits from a young age will lead to improved athletic development, increased strength, explosiveness, speed/agility, and longterm injury prevention.
Each session will consist of dynamic football training and age specific fitness training.
Football training will emphasize skill development and football fundamentals.
Fitness training will thoroughly cover plyometrics, proper body movement skills, strength, speed, explosiveness, and agility training.
Camp will emphasize “competitive fun” in a structured but informal setting. Participants will be measured on progress and encouraged to improve through positive reinforcement. Hard work, discipline, teamwork, respect, sportsmanship, commitment, goal setting, mental toughness, pride & passion will all be emphasized by a wide variety of experienced trainers (CFL, CIS, High School and/or NCCP Certification).

We are offering a 2x per week program in which players will come to 1 leg day & 1 upper day per week. Days can vary each week depending on your team schedule.

A comprehensive, age specific football training program, providing athletes with a complete football training curriculum. Regimen will include a full strength/conditioning/mobility program and speed/agility training.
Our Strength and Conditioning program will include resistance/weight training designed to directly translate to our athletes strength and power on game day (ex. power cleans, VERTIMAX, squats, dead lifts, bench press etc.). Proper technique and form will be emphasized in all exercises. Our curriculum will also focus on developing athletes muscular and cardiovascular stamina and endurance to give players an edge on their opponents in the 4th quarter. Additionally, we will focus on increasing flexibility and mobility in our athletes and developing strength in these new ranges of motion to decrease risk of injury and increase functional strength, speed and power.
Our Speed and Agility program will use a progression system to develop athletes straight line speed and lateral quickness. This will work hand in hand with our Strength program to translate increased power, strength and range of motion into functional speed and agility movements.
