This camp will include a combine on the first day to provide players with verified testing numbers. Each day will consist of individual position specific training, o/d time, 1 on 1s (filmed period), skelly (filmed period), speed & agility training, H.I.I.T. training, film study (watching the filmed periods), overall skill development (tackling, blocking, special teams, etc.), fun drills, and more!
'Shells' football is a new age form of training without the injury risk level of full contact
football. Our 'Shells' concept involves athletes wearing helmets and shoulder pads only.
Contact is controlled and players remain on their feet. In this environment injury risk is
minimal, but players get a unique, dynamic and game like training experience.
***Equipment - Families will be responsible to approach their respective community / school
teams and request to borrow equipment. Players will need to bring a helmet, shoulder pads &
cleats. RAW Sports will provide jerseys and shorts for athletes, which the athletes can keep!
We will be uploading filmed competitive periods onto HUDL which players will have access to.
We will be giving out RAW prizes throughout the camp.
Camp will emphasize “competitive fun” in a structured but informal setting. Participants will be
measured on progress and encouraged to improve through positive reinforcement. Hard work,
discipline, teamwork, respect, sportsmanship, commitment, goal setting, mental toughness, pride & passion will all be emphasized by a wide variety of experienced trainers (CFL, USports, and/or NCCP Certification).
