Fall Field Work Training Only
High School aged players between the ages of 14-18 years old
Tuesday Sept 1st - Saturday Sept 26th
Tuesday's from 6:00-8:00pm
Saturday's from 10:00am-12:00pm
(4 Weeks - 16 Hours Total)

Unfortunately High School Sports have been postponed until October 1st at the earliest. We will turn a negative situation into an opportunity for our athletes to prepare & separate from the competition during this period.
Our focus during our field work day's is to develop players Speed, Agility, Football Skill, and Conditioning.
Our Speed and Agility program will use a progression system to develop athletes straight line speed and lateral quickness. This will work hand in hand with our Strength program to translate increased power, strength and range of motion into functional speed and agility movements.
Players will also work position specific drills, one on ones, and team drills such as run fit, and pass skelly.
Players will be encouraged to compete at a high level, while taking care of each other to minimize the risks of injury.
Lastly, we will put our athletes through some conditioning workouts to help increase their endurance and prepare them for their high school seasons.
